Best workout ever! Core LP has helped me engage muscles I didn’t even know I had. It has made me feel stronger. I love the class sizes and the instructors, they really take the time to help correct form so that you are targeting the current areas of your body.

Core (LP) literally changed my life and my BODY!! After delivering 4 kids I have the best body in the world! Went from size 8-10 to size 4-6 and with only THE BEST coaches/teachers ever. Love Core LP! A much needed addition to the Metro Detroit fitness community. Lagree is something I never tried before and it has been extremely beneficial during my pregnancy in terms of core/pelvic engagement and effective cardio. The staff is extremely well trained and are always mindful of modifications each person may need depending on their specific fitness goals or restrictions.

The Lagree Method at Core (LP) will shake you to your core, no matter your athletic ability and I love that. It's an attainable challenge! My goal is to strengthen my body overall and Core (LP) is perfect for that! I felt comfortable and never felt lost in the routine. It was such a fun class, great energy and it flew by!

Core (LP) is my new favorite workout. I love that it's always challenging no matter how many times I go! (Wheelbarrow keeps me humble) Every instructor is passionate and excited about class so 50 min flies by!

This is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done and the staff and studio here make it that much better. Lagree is very challenging but so rewarding. I’m so happy I’ve joined this studio.
