JUDY "PAGE" PAGRYZINSKI
OWNER
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 2 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: Judy Page
HOMETOWN: Bay City, MI
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: Plank to Pike: It targets the deep pelvic floor muscles while stretching my hamstrings!
FUN FACT: I’m a total IPA girl, kickball enthusiast, and football fanatic! Bring on the Spartans and Lions!
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I’ve been teaching fitness for over 10 years and 8 of those have been teaching Lagree for some of the top studios on the West & East Coast. I love teaching others how to be and feel their best, through movement and exercise. I love learning. I take joy in finding new ways to motivate and help others grow through continuing to learn myself.
-
ARSHAREL TYLER
HEAD OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 1 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: arsharel
HOMETOWN: Detroit, MI
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: Super Lunge. I never knew that my body was so out of alignment when it came to doing a lunge. But the way it works my lower half and challenges my upper half at the same time gives me so much power.
FUN FACT: My nickname is Tyrannosaurus Rex. I always try to work out my upper body, but I never do!
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have practiced yoga for most of my adult life. I also taught Lagree for over 2 years at the Bloomfield Hills SLT location. I’m so addicted to Lagree! It’s such a challenging workout. It never gets boring and you see results in your body so quick. The Megaformer machine is awesome!
-
DANIELLE CAPRIATO
STUDIO MANAGER
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 1 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: Danyell
HOMETOWN: Cleveland, OH
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: I'm a fan of Bear, because it hits so many muscles in one move. Talk about a mental and physical challenge!
FUN FACT: If you ever can't find me, it's because my boyfriend and I probably took our dog Herbie on a trip through one of our National Parks in our camper, Vando Calrissian. We want to visit them all one day.
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I was always fairly active, but fitness didn't become a big part of my life until I endured a health challenge in 2015. After months of feeling crummy I reignited my passion for movement, moved to Michigan in early 2020, and am now so fortunate to have built a life I love helping people achieve their potential. I’ve taught rowing & Lagree for 2 years. I love Lagree because it doesn't just challenge our bodies -- slow, controlled movements require as much mental stamina as physical!
-
NICOLE BROOKS
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 1 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: Nicole Brooks
HOMETOWN: Royal Oak, MI
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: BUNGEE! Instant butt lift and sneaky ab strengthening. The core is working overtime to stabilize the body while in a tabletop position and REALLY isolates the glutes!
FUN FACT: I am a twin!
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I fell in love with group fitness after getting married and moving back to Michigan from Chicago. I love the social aspect pre and post class, and I find myself working extra hard when I can see how hard everyone else is working! I’ve taught Barre for 5 years and now Lagree! I really enjoy finding new ways to move my body, and with Lagree I was hooked! It’s increased my strength and flexibility postpartum while still having fun and classes FLY by!
-
RAVEN GARDINER
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 1 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: Raven
HOMETOWN: Detroit, MI
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: Saw and Wheelbarrow! We think we can modify a plank and make it crazy easy but proper form, hip height, and tucking the tailbone can fire things up. Then you add the movement! Whoo watch out!
FUN FACT: I taught my dog how to talk with buttons!
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I've always been around fitness. Sports in high school, some in college, always open to new ways to move my body and get a workout. Rowing, boxing, running, strength training, you name it! I tried Lagree for the first time & it targeted my body (and core) like I've never felt before. Safe to say I'm hooked now!
-
JACQUELINE RENEAUD
INSTRUCTOR
(Level 1 Lagree Certified)
Spotify: Jacqueline Reneuad
HOMETOWN: Goodrich, MI
FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: Catfish! There’s just something about the positioning that makes Catfish so fun! It’s tough, but feels so good on my back!
FUN FACT: I love to crochet!
FITNESS BACKGROUND: I’ve been an athlete my whole life! Growing up, I played almost every sport imaginable. I ran 5 years of cross country and track for Northwood University (Go T-Wolves!), am a high school girls basketball state champion, and have ran two full marathons and six half marathons.
