MEGA (LP)
Our signature Mega (LP) class is a 50-minute, full-body workout that will tone your core, obliques, arms, and cheeks. This music-driven, low-impact workout will keep your muscles guessing while enhancing your overall balance, cardio, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Get ready to sweat, shake, and see the difference! With only 7 maximum in a class, you receive the attention of a personal training workout in a small group setting. FUNDAMENTALS (LP)
Want a slightly lighter workout or wanting to acclimate yourself to the method? Our Fundamentals (LP) class is here to introduce you to the workout and provide you with a foundation to the practice. Expect a 50-minute, full-body workout that will tone your core, obliques, arms, and cheeks with moves that will allow you to build strength and knowledge of the method. Recommended for beginners but great for veterans!
INTRO (LP)
New to Core (LP)? This class is the perfect place to start! We’ll kick things off with a quick intro to how class flows, key movements, and what to expect in your workouts. Then, you’ll ease into a light but effective session to get a feel for the pace and intensity. Grip socks are required (and available for purchase in-studio). Come ready to move, challenge your muscles, and feel the burn!
CORE & CHEEKS (LP)
Are you a cheek enthusiast looking to enhance your favorite asset? Get your glutes in gear during this 50-minute high-intensity/low-impact lower body, core and oblique workout sure to help you build that perfect peach!
ARMS & ABS (LP)
We get it, yesterday was leg day and now your cheeks are feeling a bit hungover. Check out Arms & Abs (LP) for a high intensity/low impact upper body speciality class that will leave you feeling sculpted and strong using the core and oblique moves you love, with a lot more arms!
PRIVATE (LP)
