FAQs

  • Classes are subject to change, please check the Core (LP) schedule for details and updates.

    In order to reserve a spot, classes must be prepaid.

    Drop-Ins are welcome, but a spot cannot be guaranteed.

    All sales are final and non-refundable.

    Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio.

    Existing clients will have their spot held up to 5 minutes after class starts, after 5 minutes their spot may be given to a standby client.

  • Create an account by going to Login/Sign-Up or by downloading the Core (LP) app. There you can check your schedule as well as book packages/memberships.

    New Clients should arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to class in order to receive a tutorial on all equipment and sign any applicable waivers.

    New Clients will not be able to participate in class if they arrive at the studio less than 5 minutes before class starts and class credits will not be refunded - this is to ensure safety and a timely class start.

    Bring a water bottle/towel with you (if desired).

  • Although the Megaformer is safe and can be modified for all bodies and levels of training, it is always important to talk to your doctor before adding a new fitness routine.

    If you are pregnant and have been exercising on the Megaformer prior, you can continue to train. If you are postpartum and have been cleared by your physician to engage in exercise, Core (LP) is here to help.

    Children ages 14-17 need in-person, signed consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Unlimited Members & Trials: Late cancels will incur a $15 fee. No shows will get a $20 fee. You will get a one time exception per month waived. All other memberships & packages will lose their credit.

    Limited Memberships, credits do not roll over due to system capability.

    Limit 1 session per day.

    A valid Credit Card is required to be kept on file.

    Memberships and packages are non-refundable. For more info on booking and packages, please create an account by creating a Login.

    If you need to cancel your auto-pay it must be done 15 days prior to your next billing cycle through email at info@corelpfitness.com as well as fill out our cancellation form.

    There is a one month minimum if you need to freeze your membership. Dates must be emailed to info@corelpfitness.com ahead of time to arrange the freeze and will resume after the dates given.

  • Change of plans? No worries. We have an 8 hour cancellation policy.

    Just cancel your class 8 hours or more before class and you will receive a full credit back onto your account.

    Session Packages will be deducted a class for late cancels and no shows.

    All classes should be canceled through Core (LP) online.

    Private sessions must cancel prior to 12 hours. If canceling within 12 hours your are subject to a credit loss.

  • Class already full? Join the Waitlist.

    To join the wait list you must have a class credit in your account.

    If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email.

    If you are on the waitlist, assume that you could be added into that class and can up to 4 hours prior to the class. If you no longer want to be added into a class, please take your name off of the waitlist so not incur any late/cancellation fees.

    To receive these reminders your profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders.
