This month we are featuring a client who’s energy and kindness can radiate through the tough planks and lunges! You’ll probably catch her giving friendly eye-rolls to the instructors and going for that extra challenge!

From mentally and physically exhausting workouts to finding joy in movement again, meet the incredibly strong and savvy, Tiffany Stackpoole, our October Client Spotlight.

Tell us about your fitness journey.

“I started my fitness journey during Covid. I started by going on long walks and short runs.” 

Why did you decide to join?

“Before I joined Core (LP) I attended high intensity (mostly cardio) workout classes. It was mentally and physically hard for me to go multiple times a week after a work day. I started searching for other lower impact classes to take and came across Core (LP). I saw and trialed their low impact full body workout class, MEGA (LP), and loved it!” 

What do you love most about Core (LP)?

“I love the high intensity low impact nature of the workouts. It forces me to really focus on the task at hand and not everything else going on in life. I love getting the shakes when doing different moves…I know my muscles need it!” 

What has been your biggest accomplishment at Core (LP)?

“My biggest accomplishment at Core (LP) is gaining core strength and physically seeing improvements in my abs!”

What are some of your fitness goals in the next few months?

To continue to build up my endurance and strength (adding more springs). Also constantly going 3/4 times a week!” 


What is something you love doing outside of the gym?

Outside of going to the gym I love hanging out with my family (mostly my nieces and nephew) and friends. I also love having lazy Saturdays with my husband.”

“I love doing arts and crafts!”
