What You Can Expect from Core (LP) Fitness!

We are taking some of your most asked questions and featuring the answers below!


How many people are in a class?
There are a maximum of seven people in a group class in order to give you optimal attention and form correction. 

How long are the classes?
Each class is a 50-minute, total-body session with a focus on core, obliques, arms and cheeks.

What is Lagree?
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method, that tightens, strengthens, and tones the body quickly. It uses bodybuilding principals such as time under tension which removes breaks from the workouts and grants users the ability to sweat, shake, and persevere through each class. Many Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once making this method even more time-efficient for people on the go and those looking for quick/lasting results. When are class times?
Classes are offered everyday throughout the day beginning January 16th. You can check out class times HERE.

Are you still offering 1:1 training?
YES! In fact, we have a dedicated 1:1 training room that allows for more times to meet your needs. Email us at corelpfitness@gmail.com to arrange your 1:1 session.

Who are the trainers?
Our trainers all come from various fitness backgrounds and have gone through months of training with Core (LP) as well as Level 1 Lagree Certification with a Master Lagree trainer. Learn more about them HERE!

Are there beginner vs. advanced classes? 
At this time Core (LP) offers two different classes:

- Intro (LP): Our free introduction to the Lagree Method (Saturdays at 11:30am)
- Mega (LP): Our signature full body workout designed to fit the needs of the beginner and cater to the challenges needed by advanced clients.

How do I sign up?
Core (LP) offers both packages and memberships available for purchase now. Memberships will not be charged until January 16th. Once you've selected your package or membership, you can sign up for classes immediately.

Do you offer any intro package if I want to try out Core (LP)?
YES! We offer a 2-Week Trial that will give you 7 classes for $125. If you pre-book the 2-Week Trial, your trial will begin January 16th despite what the expiration date states at booking. You can also purchase this one-time trial at the Store, HERE!

It's my first class, what do I need?
If this is your first time at a Core (LP) group or 1:1 session, bring water, a towel (if needed) and grip socks. If you do not have grip socks, they will be available for purchase. For sanitary reasons, we do not offer rental grip socks. Please arrive 10 minutes early for a proper machine demo. Lastly, always let instructors know about injuries, current pregnancies, postpartum separation, or other medical considerations that instructors would be privy to knowing.

Where is the new studio?
Beginning January 16th all private and group training will be located at 

3165 12 Mile Rd.
Berkley, MI 48072

You may park both in the front as well as the back alley. There is no assigned or paid parking. Most side streets are also free parking. Make sure to check posted signs for street parking.
