Beat the Summer Slump: How to Stay Motivated in Your Fitness Routine
July is here and summer is in full swing. Sunshine, relaxation, and exciting adventures are on all our minds – which can also bring about a decline in motivation when it comes to maintaining a regular fitness routine.
Summer often brings unique challenges and excuses that can disrupt our fitness routine. If you’re looking for ways to beat the summer slump and stay motivated on your fitness journey, we have some tips on how to ensure you make the most of the season while still prioritizing your long-play.
